Canned Bread Pudding

Since acquiring a proper sized pressure caner, I have be exploring the phrase, “What CAN’T I can?”… At this point it really seems that there isn’t much you can’t can.. I am thoroughly enjoying this process of exploring. This batch is sourdough bread pudding; made with Ginger, Caramel, and lemon. And finished with just a tiny dash of cayenne pepper for zing!

After removing from the jar, one can toss it into a pan with a small amount of water, maybe add a touch more sugar to the top, and bake it till crispy. I assure you, quite delicious!
