With over 20 years in professional kitchens — from line cook to head chef — I offer small private catering for intimate gatherings where food is meant to be shared and enjoyed.

My approach focuses on simple, well-prepared meals using quality ingredients, served in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Private events are best suited for groups of up to 30 guests.


Sample Catering Menu

Menus are flexible and can be adjusted depending on the event and seasonal ingredients.

Rustic Farm Table Dinner

Fresh Baked Bread(Add-on)

  • Sourdough country loaves
  • “Wild” herb butter
  • Olive oil & herbs

Salad

  • Seasonal garden salad
  • “Jun” cultured vinaigrette

Main Course Options Choose one:

  • Slow roasted herb chicken
  • Braised beef roast with pan jus
  • Maple mustard glazed pork loin

  • Garlic roasted potatoes
  • Seasonal roasted vegetables
  • Buttered rice pilaf, or Field mushroom risotto

Dessert Choose one(Add-on):

  • Spruce/Apple crumble with cream
  • Dark Chocolate mousse W/ Strawberry compote

For gatherings that want a more homestead-style meal:

These menus can be tailored for harvest dinners, retreats, or workshops.

You purchase the ingredients directly.

This keeps costs clear and ensures you get the quality ingredients you prefer.


Service Fee

Pricing is based on time and preparation, not food markup. Prices are subject to changes. This are general estimates, as food complexities go up, the time to prepare increases thereby the price.

16–25 guests

26–30 guests

Kitchen Requirements

Because I do not currently operate a commercial kitchen facility, events must take place in a location with an appropriate kitchen space such as:

  • Private homes
  • Community halls
  • Churches or event venues with licensed kitchens

This allows food to be prepared safely and properly while keeping the gathering personal and relaxed.
